Withdrawals & Payouts

What is the minimum withdrawal?

  • 0.5% of your starting balance.

How are payouts sent?

  • Via Riseworks.io or USDT (TRC20).

  • Each payout has a fee of 2% or $10, whichever is higher.

  • After a payout, your account balance resets to the starting balance.

How long do payouts take?

  • Eligible payouts are processed within 24 business hours. If we miss this, you get an extra 10% on your profit split.

  • Exceptions: weekends and bank holidays, compliance or risk reviews, and delays in Rise onboarding or waiting on your reply.

What happens if my payout is denied?

  • If soft breach deductions take your profit to zero or below, the payout is denied. See your product's rules for the penalties.

Account Limits & Funding

How many accounts can I have?

  • Unlimited evaluation accounts.

What is the maximum funding?

  • $400,000 total across all your active accounts and products.

  • Only active accounts count. Breached, failed, closed or inactive accounts don't.

  • Example: an active $200,000 account plus two active $100,000 accounts = $400,000. That's allowed. A breached $100,000 account from before doesn't count.

  • If a new account would take you over $400,000, you can't open it until your active total is back under the limit.

Is there a scaling plan?

  • No. There is no scaling plan at the moment.

Rules & Breaches

What's the difference between a soft and hard breach?

  • Soft breach: the profit from that trade is deducted at payout. Your account stays open. Examples: tick scalping, news trading.

  • Hard breach: your account is closed. Examples: hitting max or daily drawdown, and the prohibited practices below.

  • Some rules, like tick scalping, aren't flagged automatically. They're checked at payout or during a risk review.

What trading practices are prohibited?

  • Tick scalping (trades held under 2 minutes): soft breach, profit deducted.

  • High-frequency trading (HFT): hard breach, account closed. Allowed only in the EA Challenge phase.

  • Latency arbitrage: hard breach, account closed.

  • Reverse arbitrage: hard breach, account closed.

  • Account management (someone else trading your account): hard breach, account closed.

Is martingale allowed?

  • Yes.

Is there a breach for inactivity?

  • Yes. Place at least one trade or pending order every 30 days, or the account may be closed as inactive.
