Maximum Funding Rule

The maximum total funding you can have active at one time is $200,000.

Active means accounts that are currently open and usable, including accounts that are eligible for payouts or still being traded.

Breached, closed, failed, disabled, or inactive accounts do not count toward the $200,000 maximum.

Example

You currently have:

  • 1 active $100,000 account

  • 1 active $50,000 account

  • 1 active $50,000 account

Total active funding = $200,000, this is allowed.

If you also have a breached $100,000 account from the past, it does not count because it is not active.

If you attempt to open another active account that would bring your active total above $200,000, it will not be allowed until your active total is back at or below $200,000.

Is there a breach for inactivity?

Yes. To keep your account active, you must place at least one pending order or open at least one trade every 30 days.

If there is no trade or pending order activity for 30 days, the account will be considered inactive and may be closed.

What trading practices are prohibited?

Prohibited trading practices include:

Tick Scalping

Trades held for less than 1 to 2 minutes are considered tick scalping. This is a soft breach. Profits from tick scalping trades will be deducted from your payout calculation.

High-Frequency Trading (HFT)

Hard breach. Your account will be closed.

Latency Arbitrage

Account Management
