Zero Tolerance Policy
Cheating, Fraud, and Abuse
Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or take advantage of the system will result in an immediate hard breach and a permanent blacklist.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Reverse trading, hedging patterns, or any trade behavior designed to manipulate payout eligibility or risk rules
Taking advantage of the system in any way, including trying to bypass limits, trigger loopholes, or abuse payout conditions
Manipulation of pricing, execution, latency, or platform behavior for unfair advantage
Coordinated trading or group behavior intended to game the rules rather than trade normally
If we determine that trading activity or account behavior was designed to exploit the program instead of trade fairly, the account will be closed and you will be permanently banned.
Identity, Verification, and False Information
Providing fake information, using a false identity, or submitting mismatched payout details can result in an immediate hard breach, payout denial, and permanent blacklist.
Examples include:
Fake name, fake documents, or altered verification information
Using another person’s identity or payment details
Mismatch between the account holder and payout recipient
Any attempt to bypass verification or conceal who is operating the account
Expert Advisors and Prohibited Automation
Expert Advisors and prohibited automation are not allowed.
If EA usage is detected, we may issue a warning and require that trading continues manually.
If EA usage continues after a warning, it becomes a hard breach and may result in account closure, payout denial, and permanent blacklist.
Chargeback Fraud
Any chargeback fraud or attempted chargeback fraud will result in an immediate permanent blacklist and ban.
If you submit a chargeback after receiving services, account access, data, or payout processing, or if you attempt to dispute transactions dishonestly, you will be blacklisted and permanently banned.
Online Slander and False Claims
Any intentional online slander, defamatory content, or knowingly false claims made to damage the company, the program, or its reputation may result in account closure and permanent blacklist.
This includes creating or spreading false stories, fake reviews, fake complaints, edited screenshots, or coordinated attempts to mislead the public.
Multiple Accounts and Promotion Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, discounts, resets, or payout mechanics is strictly prohibited.
If you are found to be operating multiple accounts for promotion abuse or system advantage, it is a hard breach and can result in closure of all related accounts and a permanent blacklist.
Third-Party Copy Trading
Copy trading is only allowed if you are copying your own trades.
Copying trades from other people, paid signal groups, trade copiers, or mirroring another trader’s entries and exits in the same timeframe is not permitted.
If third-party copy trading is detected, it may result in a hard breach, payout denial, and permanent blacklist.
Manipulation and Exploit Trading
Any form of exploit trading or manipulation can result in an immediate hard breach and permanent blacklist.
Examples include:
Tick scalping or ultra-short execution abuse designed to exploit feed latency
Latency arbitrage or price feed manipulation attempts
Abusing platform errors, pricing glitches, or execution irregularities
Any behavior that is clearly intended to exploit technology rather than trade normally
