.

β EAs are not allowed on Instant Funding Trailing accounts.
Copy Trading
Allowed for copying your own trades.
Copying other traders' trades in the same timeframe is not permitted.

Allowed, but trades in the same direction on the same pair (within a short timeframe) are treated as one Trade Idea. Trade Ideas are used when checking Profit Consistency.
Tick Scalping
Please avoid any attempts at tick scalping, and keep trades open for over 2 minutes.
Consistency Rules
Profit Consistency Rule (20%)
In effect from 1st June 2025
No single trading day may equal or exceed 20% of your total profit for that payout period.
Formula: (Biggest Winning Day Γ· Total Profit for the payout period) Γ 100 must be 20% or less.
Example: If you make $750 in one day, you must reach $3,750 total profit before you are eligible to request a payout.
Worked example: On a $100,000 account with $5,000 total profit, 20% of $5,000 is $1,000, so your biggest winning day must be $1,000 or less. If your biggest day is $1,200, then $1,200 Γ· $5,000 = 24% β above the 20% limit, so you can't request a payout yet. Keep trading until total profit reaches $6,000: $1,200 Γ· $6,000 = 20%, and you become eligible.
Not meeting the consistency rule is not a breach β you simply keep trading until you reach the threshold. Payout requests cannot be made until this rule is satisfied.
Lot Size Consistency
There is no lot size consistency rule on Instant Funding Trailing.
Drawdown & Targets
Maximum Drawdown β Trailing High-Watermark (7%)
Breach level = highest balance/equity reached (HWM) β 7% of that highest value.
Example (start $100,000):
At start: HWM = $100,000 β breach level = $93,000
Equity peaks at $102,000: HWM = $102,000 β 7% = $7,140 β new breach level = $94,860
Balance later peaks at $107,000: HWM = $107,000 β 7% = $7,490 β new breach level = $99,510
If your balance or equity hits or drops below the breach level at any time, the account is closed. Unlike a static drawdown, this limit trails upward as your account grows.
Daily Drawdown (3%)
Max daily loss = 3% of initial balance, recalculated daily at 5pm EST. Uses the higher of balance or equity at reset.
Example 1 β With Floating Profit: $100,000 account with +$2,000 open profit = equity $102,000. Next day, equity cannot drop below $99,000 ($102,000 β $3,000).
Example 2 β With Floating Loss: $100,000 account with β$2,000 open loss = equity $98,000. Since balance ($100,000) is higher, drawdown uses balance. Next day, equity cannot fall below $97,000 ($100,000 β $3,000).
Payouts
Profit Split
Traders receive 80% of the eligible payout amount, from the first payout onward.
Payout Schedule
Regular withdrawal schedule: every 14 days.
Promotional periods: instant payout requests may be available β check the challenge table to see if this applies.
Profit Cap & Max Withdrawal
Profit cap = 5% of initial balance per cycle. Max withdrawal = 5% per payout period.
Example: On a $200,000 account, max withdrawal = $10,000 each cycle.
Instant Payouts
β Available on Instant Funding Static (as well as 1 Step and 2 Step). You can request a payout immediately after meeting requirements. Processing is still covered by the 24-hour guarantee.
24-Hour Payout Guarantee
Once requested, payouts are processed within 24 business hours. If delayed, you'll receive an extra 10% on your profit split.
Exceptions include weekends, holidays, compliance checks, or delays in Rise onboarding.
Top Up Feature
Traders can "Top Up" their balance if in drawdown, paying more depending on how much drawdown they're in. Found on your account's metric page in the dashboard.
Example: On a $200,000 account at $192,000 current balance, you can pay to have your balance adjusted back to the starting balance.
Rule Breaches & Payout Denials
Soft Breaches (Profit Deductions)
Breaking a rule (e.g. the Stop Loss rule) deducts the profit from that trade off your total profit.
If deductions are less than your profit, the reduced payout is still processed.
If deductions exceed your profit (e.g. $3,000 profit but $4,000 deducted), your payout is denied.
Maximum of 20 soft breaches before account closure β detected at the payout stage, not automatically.
If 50% or more of your trades are soft breached, your payout will be declined (e.g. 10 of 15 trades in breach β payout declined).
Payout Denial Penalties
1st denial: profit split halved.
2nd denial: account closed.
Floating Loss Rule
In effect from 2nd February 2026, applies only to accounts purchased after this date.
If your account equity ever falls more than 1% below the starting balance (including floating losses, swaps, and commissions), penalties apply:
1st breach: profit split is halved.
2nd breach: account closed.
π‘ This rule can be removed as an add-on for 15% of your account cost on Instant Funding Static, EA Challenge, and Instant Funding Trailing accounts. If purchased, this rule will not apply to your account.
Example: On a $100,000 account with a starting balance of $100,000, if two open trades together push your equity below $99,000 (a 1% floating loss), the system registers a breach. After the second breach, the account is closed.
Example: On a $100,000 account at a balance of $102,000 with equity of $100,900 β a floating loss over $1,000 (1% of starting balance) β the system will register a breach.
